Work Experience Students Contribute to a UN Report

We recently invited two students to work with Ben Hoare Bell Partner Cris McCurley in the International Family Law team.

Chelsea Reidy and Hafsah Adzal are A level students from Kings Academy in Middlesbrough. They assisted with some important research for a report written by CEDAW (The Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women). Cris McCurley is a member of the UN convention and the shadow report writing group. The final report is due to be submitted next year and focuses on the UK government’s failure to take proper action over Legal Aid cuts.
