I graduated from Northumbria University in 2012 with a first class LLB (Hons) Exempting degree which incorporated the Legal Practice Course. To further my interest in business I completed an MSc in Business with Legal Management for which I received a distinction. During my time on the Masters I worked with Ben Hoare Bell LLP on a marketing project for the Personal Injury department.
I joined Ben Hoare Bell LLP in 2013 as Practice Support Manager working within a varied business and management role. This included working on all aspects of marketing in the firm, human resource management, procurement and IT.
During 2015 I completed the LAPG Certificate in Practice Management. This included 60 hours of dedicated specialist management training.
From 2017 alongside my management role I also undertook a Period of Recognised Training on a part time basis in order to qualify as a Solicitor. During my training I worked in the Personal Injury, Actions against Public Authorities and Clinical Negligence departments.
In February 2021 I qualified as a Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence department. I also became a Partner and continue to be heavily involved with the management of the firm. I am Deputy to the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice at the firm.
I now advise and represent people who have suffered due to medical negligence. This includes hospitals, GP’s and dentists in both NHS and private care settings. I aim to support my clients with a compassionate and empathetic approach at what is often a very difficult time in their lives. At the same time I also aim to provide clear and easy to follow legal advice as a clinical negligence case can often be lengthy and involve complex medical and legal issues.
We offer a free no obligation assessment of all potential cases. If you wish to discuss your case, or if you are not sure if you have a case, please do not hesitate to call me or my colleagues on 0191 565 3112.
