I qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and am an experienced Law Family Practitioner. I deal exclusively in the area of Child Care Law and I am accredited to the Law Society Children Panel.
I represent children, parents and other family members in cases where social services are involved with children. I have a great deal of experience in dealing with complex care cases including non-accidental injuries. I am regularly instructed to represent children in complex contact and residence disputes.
I received a Highly Commended Lawyer of the Year award in 2012 by Newcastle Law Society.
I am a Committee Member and Treasurer of NE Resolution. I am also a Member of the Local Family Justice Board and a private practice representative on the Court user group.
