The day has finally arrived! As of midnight on the 13th March 2014, marriage between gay couples is now legal.
The first weddings will have to wait until after the 29th as there is 'the Bans' period to be observed. The Vermont Hotel is having a celebration on Saturday 29th March to mark this historic event. Ben Hoare Bell will be there to answer any legal questions that anyone might have about (or before!) taking the plunge.
