International Women’s Day Festival

Doughty Street Chambers International Women’s Day Festival takes place on Saturday 4th and Saturday 11th March 2017. The theme this year is “What More Can the Law Do For Women?”.

The festival involves lawyers, judges, NGOs and others sharing their experience and knowledge to find constructive and practical ways in which the law can be used to help support women and address gender imbalance.

The first session will be in London on Saturday 4th March and the second session will be in Manchester on Saturday 11th March.

Ben Hoare Bell Partner and Family Law Solicitor Cris McCurley will be talking at the event in London. Cris is speaking in the final session at 3.45pm with Baroness Helena Kennedy. For more information about the event click here.
